District Governor
DISTRICT GOVERNOR 2008 - 2009: DAVID RANKIN In Rotary year 2008-9, we in Howe of Fife were very proud to have had one of our own members, David Rankin, as District Governor. David is a longstanding member of the club and has served in most of the offices available, including Club President in 2000 - 2001. The club was delighted to honour David's contribution to Rotary at our Christmas Dinner by bestowing upon him a Paul Harris Fellowship.
